Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde

Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is a 1931 American pre-Code thriller, coordinated by Rouben Mamoulian and featuring Fredric March, who plays a doctor who tests his new recipe that can release individuals’ internal evil spirits. The film is an adjustment of The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, the 1886 Robert Louis Stevenson story of a man who takes an elixir which diverts him from an amiable man of science into a murderous crazy person.
